Register as a JorumUK Depositor

Your institution must have completed a Deposit Licence in order for a member of staff to become a named depositor. By registering as a Jorum Depositor you will be able to share the resources you have created with other members of staff around the UK.

There are also a few key points you should understand about registering for Depositor access:

  • A nominated person at your institution signs the Jorum Deposit Licence, which names depositors from the institution, which in turn allows the Jorum team to provide depositor access.
  • Your institution can name as many depositors as they wish and can add additional names at a later stage, please liaise with support@jorum.ac.uk for further information.

Upgrading your account to become a JorumUK Depositor

If you want to upgrade your user account to a depositor, complete the user registration then contact the Jorum helpdesk at support@jorum.ac.uk requesting an account upgrade.

Please note: Your institution must have completed a depositor licence in order for a member of staff to become a named depositor. We will then process your request and send account details to each depositor allowing access to the system via the JorumUK Depositor Login.
