Considerations prior to Deposit

What can I contribute to Jorum?

Resources that have been contributed to Jorum include:

  1. Images
  2. Video Clips - at present Jorum does not support video streaming therefore users should be aware of large video files (see below).
  3. Documents (Word or PDF files)
  4. Presentations
  5. Flash Objects
  6. More complex learning objects in the form of IMS or SCORM packages
  7. Web links to an existing resource on your project or other website

Do I have to do anything to the materials before Depositing them?

If you are Depositing single files such as text documents or presentations or a collection of files then you are not required to do anything before uploading them to JorumOpen.
